CradleGuard uses direct Peer-to-Peer (WebRTC) encrypted connections (DTLS/SRTP) between your devices. Live nursery video and audio streams are transmitted directly between your authorized camera and receiver devices and are never recorded or stored on our servers.
2. Account & Telemetry Data (GDPR Compliance)
We store only the minimum data required to operate your nursery network: your email address, display name, encrypted password hash, subscription status, and room session metadata (such as sleep analytics timestamps and trial duration logs). You may request complete account deletion at any time.
3. Guardian Responsibility & Safety Disclaimer
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the monitored child. CradleGuard is a supplementary monitoring aid and is not a medical device or a substitute for responsible adult supervision.
